I am an experienced fully qualified BACP registered counsellor offering individual counselling from my private practice in Sevenoaks. I offer short-term and long-term counselling to adults and young people (aged 18 and above).
I have experience working with adults and young people going through different life situations and experiences such as Abuse, Anxiety, Bereavement, Depression, Divorce, Loss, Relationship problems, Self-esteem, Stress, Trauma, and other difficulties in living.
Considering therapy for the first time can be a daunting step and I will be very pleased if you choose to contact me.
I offer a free initial session, where we can explore what brings you to therapy and what your hopes and expectations are from therapy.
A first session is an opportunity to find out if we are a good fit for each other. It is a good opportunity to ask any questions you have about the process, and for me to find out a little about what brings you to therapy at this point in time.
If we both feel that we can work together, we can agree on a day and time for the regular sessions, usually on the same day of the week and time for 50 minutes sessions.
