Practicalities

In response to the current pandemic, my sessions are now available via video call (Zoom, Skype) enabling people from anywhere in the UK to access therapy, not only those in the local area.

We can schedule a free initial session where we could understand your current situation, what brings you to therapy at this time, and what your expectations and hopes are from therapy. It is important to select a counsellor who is right for you and reflects your needs and goals. The initial session gives us both a chance to see how we feel about working together and to look at what you want from therapy. We then plan how to proceed and agree upon the number of sessions for short-term or open-ended counselling with periodic review to understand what is and isn’t working for you.

Schedule 

I work on weekdays except Thursdays and offer daytime (9am - 5pm) and evening appointments. Sessions last 50 minutes, meeting usually once a week at the same agreed upon time. I am flexible to reschedule appointments to fit a suitable time on occasions when attending at the agreed upon time is difficult.

Fees & Cancellation Policy

Individual therapy costs £50 per session (evening appointments £60) payable in cheque or BACS after each session. Occasionally, I offer concessionary places.


I have a 48-hour cancellation policy otherwise the session will need to be paid for. It may be possible to reschedule an appointment within the same week if you can give me a notice of 48 hours.
