Qualifications
I am registered as a qualified counsellor with British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere to their Code of Ethics and their requirement of professional insurance. I am working towards registration with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and (UPCA). As a part of professional practice, I receive regular supervision with supervisors, regulated by these bodies.
I am training as an Existential Psychotherapist and Counsellor at New School of Psychotherapy and Counselling.
Earlier to my training in existential-phenomenological thinking, I have obtained training as a counsellor in Person Centred Model with Open Door Youth Counselling, a BACP accredited service and a registered charity.
I have a Diploma in Relational Mindfulness, Core Process Psychotherapy with Karuna Institute.
I have completed my Master’s in Psychology in Distinction.
I am presently working as a volunteer experienced counsellor with West Kent Mind, Kent, UK
I have experience working with individuals as a counsellor in mental health charities and services.
